Upon contract signature and indemnity letter from us,
1)Buyer issues the BG in our favour and keeps it on his bank.
2)Buyer's bank will send the rwa with copy of bg issued and put it in euroclear.
3)Buyer send us the documents attesting that funds are of no criminal origin nor involved in terrorism activity ( we send the format as per patriotic act)
4)Buyer will authorize us to block the BG in his bank for the duration of the contract.( we shall send the text)
5)upon request from our bank Buyer's bank will block the BG via MT 760 and confirmation via MT 799.
6)we issue PB
7)delivery commence
8)at the end or we cash the BG and buyer do not pay for the last three months or Buyer pay for the entire order and bg will be unblocked and become null and void.
